Refunds are only eligible for **unused credit card/UPI wallet balances** under the following terms:
Upon approval, refund transactions are processed immediately. The actual credit will reflect in your bank account/card balance within **5 to 7 business days**, depending on your bank's clearance policy.
Premium 30-Day VIP memberships do not auto-renew. Upon completion of the 30-day billing cycle, access is automatically revoked unless a new package is manually purchased. You can cancel your membership at any time, but partial subscription refund cycles are not supported.
Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for consulting minutes already delivered will result in permanent blacklisting from our service portal and partner networks.
